10/9/22
This week ended with a beautiful Mass led by our 6th graders and celebrated by Fr. Jacob. Fr. Jacob reminded us that just as Mary’s yes provided entrance for Jesus, we too must open our hearts to let Jesus in.
We have once again received complaints from neighbors indicating that school parents are blocking their driveways at pickup. We should strive to treat our neighbors in the same way that we would like to be treated. I’m sure that most of us would be frustrated if we had to contend with blocked driveways. Please take the time to park legally. Your child will be either with their teacher or in after care until you can legally park to pick them up.
The parish Jr. Lector program will begin soon. Strong readers in grades 2 through 8 who are interested in serving as a lector at 10:00 Mass on Sundays should email Mrs. Griffo ([email protected]).
ELF registration is now closed.
The Halloween party is now closed. Those who have volunteered to bring snacks for the party, please bring them to the Cardinal Cooke Center (Pre School) on Friday, October 28th from 9:00 to 1:00 p.m.

8th grade students may borrow one of the school chromebooks for the TACHS exam. Borrowed chromebooks will be sent home with the students on October 21st which will give the students plenty of time to test and familiarize themselves with the devices. Proctorio is already installed on the devices. Students should be able to access the program after they log in with their school email address. Please email Mrs. Olsen and your child’s homeroom teacher if you would like to borrow a device.
