Dear St. Clare Families,

Yesterday our wonderful 2nd graders received their First Holy Communion. May God bless them as they continue to grow in their faith!

This Tuesday, May 10th, we will host a special dress-down for our students and staff. Students will be asked to add to a spiritual bouquet in addition to a  $2 donation for the dress down. The dress-down and spiritual bouquet will benefit the father of two of our St. Clare students. As some of you may already know, Mr. Henry Rivero suffered a brain injury due to complications from a medical procedure in November.  He is showing minimal signs of progress and we would like to continue to pray for continued progress and a miracle. The teachers will help the students create the spiritual bouquet.

Please keep the Rivero family in your prayers.

A Very Important Reminder
Please be careful not to park in our neighbors’ driveways when picking up students at dismissal. We have also had reports that some parents are leaving trash from their cars in neighbors' yards. Teachers and staff will stay with students if it takes you a few extra minutes to park. Please be considerate.

Summer Camp
Summer Camp fliers were sent home. Be sure to register early as space is limited.

Fundraising
Thank you to everyone for supporting our plant sale.

A special thank you to Mrs. Gardella for all of her hard work organizing the event. Thanks to Mrs. Contino, Mrs. Delgado, Mrs. Abruzzo, and all of our class representatives who were able to come and assist during the sale.

Finals
Finals for students in grades 6-8 have been scheduled. Teachers will be sharing the dates with you and posting review work shortly.

Students in grades 3-8 will be taking the Archdiocese Religion Final in the 2nd week of June.
