The week before break brought many spirited performances celebrating the season.
Dear School Families,
On Monday, our students were treated to a fun day of crafts and treats thanks to the hard work of our Crafty Moms, class reps, and Mother’s Club officers. We thank Mrs. Scott for organizing the Craft Mom program.
On Wednesday we were treated to a spectacular PreK pageant. We thank our PreK teachers, aides, and staff, Mrs. Haley, Mrs. Tricomi, Mrs. Plaza, Mrs. D’Ambrosio, Mrs. Spensieri, Mrs. Webb, Mrs. Siewert, Ms. Vella, Mrs. Droge, Mrs. DeMartino, Mrs. Gavin, Mrs. Powers, Mrs. Fitzgerald, Mrs. Vella, Mrs. Scott, and Mrs. Abruzzo for all of their hard work preparing our students for the pageant.
Thanks also to Mrs. McEvoy, Mrs. Gerbino, and Mrs. Amerose for decorating the gym for the pageant.
Our 3rd grade students filled our auditorium with joy during their Christmas Concert. Thanks to Ms. Farrell, Mrs. Twohig, and Mrs. Barricella for helping our students to put on such a wonderful performance!
January will be a busy month for our staff and students as MAP testing and midterms will take place. Be sure to reach out to your child’s teacher if you have any questions about MAP or midterms. Please note that we will have limited ability to loan students chromebooks as school devices will be used for MAP testing and preparation for the state tests.

Immunization NoticeAll PreK students are required to receive a flu vaccine and provide proof of immunization prior to return to school on 1/3/24.
Not adhering to these stipulations could lead to your child not being allowed to attend school.
Per NY State law, proof of all physical exams and immunizations required as per the New York State Immunization Requirements for School Entrance/Attendance must be filed with the school nurse. A document listing the requirements may be found on the Parent Memos page of the school website. Please note that as of June 13, 2019, there are no longer allowances for religious exemptions from mandated vaccines.
