Week of 4/25/22
Dear St. Clare Families,
I hope that everyone had a restful break with plenty of time to connect with family and friends.
This week students in grades 3 - 8 will be taking the State Math Exam on Tuesday, April 26th, and Wednesday, April 27th. Please let the office know if you haven’t already done so, if you are refusing the test for your child. Those students in grades 3 - 8 who will not be testing must stay home on testing days.
Our Meadow Farms fundraiser concludes this Friday, April 29th. We appreciate all you can do to support this fundraiser and our upcoming plant sale. As you know, we have not been able to host our usual fundraisers due to pandemic protocols. Your support in the limited fundraisers we have been able to implement is instrumental.
School will be closed on Friday, April 29th for our religion conference day. Our teachers are looking forward to spending a prayerful day with our pastor, Father Arthur, and our parish priests, Fr. Brendan, Fr. Joseph, Fr. Jacob, and Seminarian William.
During this Easter season, may our hearts be filled with the joy of a risen Christ!
God Bless!
Mrs. Olsen
Reminders
Summer Camp fliers were sent home. Be sure to register early as space is limited.
We are looking forward to our plant sale on May 6th. Pre-order forms have been sent home as current protocols do not enable us to allow parents to show with students. There will be other items available for student purchase on the day of the sale.
Grade 6 students require a 4-function calculator for the state math exam. Students in grades 7 & 8 require a scientific calculator.
