Week of December 6th
Today’s 11:30 Mass was a beautiful end to the Year of St. Joseph. It was wonderful to see so many of our school and parish religious education students process in with lilies representing St. Joseph.  Thank you, Deacon Mitchell and Deacon Salhaney for helping to bring us closer to St. Joseph this past year.

Uniform Update
I met with Flynn and O’Hara this week. The company is taking steps so that there will not be backlogs next year. I am waiting for a list of the current outstanding orders for our school. I have been told that it is much better than at the beginning of the year.

Jesse Tree
Our Jesse Tree services have been adjusted so that they can return this year. Individual Jesse Tree posters have been created so that each class can participate in their classrooms. Thanks to Mrs. Bocchino, Mrs. Contino, Mrs. Delgado, and Alexa Delgado for your great ideas and for creating the trees.

Nucci's Lunch
Nucci's Lunch service begins this Monday, December 6th. Please see the school website (Current Student Tab; Parent Memos) for more information. Reminder: Nucci meals do not include a beverage. Please be sure that students bring their own drink to school for lunch.

Mass of the Immaculate Conception
Our 6th-grade students will lead us in Mass of the Immaculate Conception at 10:00 on December 8th. The 4th grade will join the 6th grade in church. All other students will attend virtually.

Class Collections for Teachers
Thank you to our class reps and everyone who is participating in the Christmas gift collection for our wonderful teachers. Please note that payment by Venmo is not allowed. 

Registration for Next Year
Please call the office as soon as possible if you have a child who you would like to attend St. Clare next year who isn’t currently in our school. We want to give our current school families the opportunity to apply before our application process begins with the general public. We have already begun receiving calls from new families interested in attending our school so it is important that you call the office as soon as possible.

Christmas Cookies
Please send in order forms for Christmas Cutest Cookies with your child on Monday morning. We are able to extend the December 3rd deadline to December 6th because of our day off. We will not be able to process orders received after Monday morning.

Memorial Wreaths and Christmas Raffle
Memorial Wreaths and Christmas Raffle Tickets are still available. A special thanks to the St. Clare Father’s Club for donating the wreaths. We appreciate your support! Please see the school website for the raffle ticket forms.

Coming Up

• Friday, December 17th--8th Christmas Pageant 7:00 p.m. in the church. Each family will receive two tickets.
• Monday, December 20th--7th grade students present an Advent Service for our students. Students will attend virtually.
• Tuesday, December 21st--Kindergarten Pageant 12:00 in the church. Each family will receive two tickets.
• Wednesday, December 22nd--Red & Green dress down day. Last day of school before Christmas break. 
• Thursday, December 23rd - Sunday, January 2nd--Christmas Break
• Monday, January 3rd--return to school
